It all started with tiny small websites, then there were Blogs and Twitter to keep in touch with the world of technology and Internet. Now we have YackTrack, a web service that helps you search all types of comments in the same place for a particular URL.
All you have to is enter a URL and it will return every comment on that URL that it can find across multiple services like Twitter, Wordpress, Technorati, FriendFeed and Google Blog Search. This list should expand as the site continues to grow.

YackTrack offers a bookmarklet that you can use to avoid copying/pasting to track comments on any URL. In addition to that, you can also use the "chatter" search feature to see what people around the web are saying about any given search term. Chatter gives you a keyword search for the social media sites.
For example if you are looking for mentions of "Apple iPhone" then try the keyword "iPhone" and click "Search for Chatter".
